Three buildings for the renovation that are used now as commercial units and services.
The first building was an object of deep renovation works and has the structure of reinforced concrete. Of the original building only remains the facade. The building is used as an office building.
The second building of 6000 m² consists of 2 autonomous blocks: a block consisting of the main building and another annex. There is also a large garden.
The third building is about 28 years old and was built with reinforced concrete structure. There is a car park for 35 cars.
Location
The building is located in the center of Lisbon. There are the main tourist attractions, cafes, and restaurants near the buildings.
