This spacious, light apartment is beautifully decorated in contemporary Scandinavian style. It has four bedrooms and a large living and dining area, covering 100 square metres in a beautiful, new apartment block in the most desirable part of Les Gets. The chalet has underfloor heating in the main areas and wall mounted convectors in the bedrooms.

The apartment is located just a few metres from the bottom of the Chavannes, where there are several ski lifts, the ski school meeting points and lots of ski shops, so guests will not have to walk far to enjoy all that Les Gets has to offer.

Located on the ground floor, and accessed through a wide, wood-lined corridor the apartment opens onto a hallway with hooks and cupboard space for hats, coats and so on. This opens on to a large, open plan kitchen, dining room and living room which takes up the whole of the ground floor. This space, as the rest of the apartment, is decorated stylishly with limed wood, pale colours and very high quality furniture and fittings. The apartment has various international television channels and wifi. There is a log burning stove (winner of the 2011 House Beautiful Award) to one side of the living space. One wall is floor to ceiling sliding window doors which open onto a decked, south-facing terrace with views onto the neighboring ski slopes.

The fitted kitchen is well equipped, with all of the appliances and equipment that would be expected (oven, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine).

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The first is a twin bedroom, with built in cupboards to one side and a south-facing balcony to the other.
