Being on the Cap D'Antibes and nestled beneath the lighthouse, the house is set on a slope with steps up to the raised ground floor from the driveway. The house has 1 ensuite double bedroom downstairs plus a separate w/c, 2 twin bedrooms upstairs together with a family shower-room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American style fridge; AEG dishwasher, microwave/oven and main oven. The kitchen opens onto a dining terrace with a teak table and 6 chairs. There is also a very private, south-facing terrace complete with 6 teak sunloungers. A sauna and a hot tub (jacuzzi) can be available upon request in which to relax after a hard day on the beach or the waves! The garden is fully planted and has lawns at the back and front of the property. There is access to a large garage and off street parking area. The house has an alarm and security shutters too. A car is recommended although not essential as shops, restaurants and the beaches are all within walking distance.
