The villa is located in a secluded place in a pine forest but at the same time only in five minutes driving or thirty minutes walking from the center of Lloret de Mar and its tourist zone and infrastructure, in an elite urbanization opposite a small beautiful bay framed by rocks and pines Costa Brava is so famous for. The nearest sandy bay is in fifteen minutes walking, it will take three minutes by car to come to the equipped beach. The nearest shop and restaurant are 1 km away, there is a chic communitarian area with two swimming pools (for children and adults) and a lawn for rest, a playground, three tennis courts, a football and squash courts. Within 10–15 minutes by car are Gnomo Park, Waterworld Water Park, and Marineland Dolphinarium. Car rent is recommended.

The house is located one hour from Barcelona airport and thirty minutes from Girona airport.
