It can sleep ten: there is two double beds, four single beds and a double sofa bed. Its decor reflects the latest trends in interior design, with lovely, comfortable and simple furniture in a warm combination of colours and materials, as well as magnificent cement-tile floors in the corridor and bathrooms.

Please note that, in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the DGT (Department of Motor Vehicles), otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC (licensed car with private driver).

The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from.
