The sleeping area comes with 3 bedrooms separated by floor-to-ceiling glass dividers that provide a sense of visual amplitude. At night, curtains can be drawn for maximum privacy. Two of the bedrooms are provided with a double bed, while the third one is equipped with two single beds. The living room comes with a double sofa bed.
There are two full bathrooms with shower.

The apartment does not have private parking; however, public parking facilities can be found within 180 meters of the apartment. The apartment is located within an area called CENTRAL MADRID, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the DGT (Department of Motor Vehicles), otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC (licensed car with private driver).
Please note that there is a EUR 30 charge for late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00.
The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from. If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 22:00 hour it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 200,00 EUR.
