The layout features six very spacious bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a living room with a plasma TV and a sea view, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a laundry room and a bar area.
The villa is serviced by one full-time member (8 hours per day, 5.5 days per week). Daily cleaning, linen change, daily grocery shopping, making breakfasts, cleaning up after breakfasts and lunches are included into the cost. The house will be stocked with bottled water, tea, coffee, milk, fresh fruits and wine upon arrival.

Cala Conta bay is known for its transparent turquoise waters and the wide beach with snow-white sand. It has been justly recognized as one of the most beautiful bays of Ibiza.
