This is a private rental and you do not share any space in the house with anyone else. You have the entire house to yourself and it is completely private. The private house you are reserving also has a private patio and BBQ exclusively for your use.

The house also has a totally detached guest house located in the back of the property and it can also be rented if you have a larger party. Guest house is hardly visible from the main house since there are palm trees and hedge separating the two.

The private pool is shared with the detached guest house that can host a maximum of 4–8 guests. Please note that pool is hardly ever used since many guests choose to visit the famous South Beach which is only a $ 5 Uber ride away.

Being in a private home, in a private building/community, and not registered at a condo-hotel, all guests understand that this is a private property exclusively for the owners and personally invited guest of owners only.

As long as there are no parties, no loud noise that neighbors can hear, parking in designated areas, normal guest appearance, normal dressed, etc., this will not offend anyone and instead satisfy everyone. This home should be considered a sanctuary and not for parties.
