The area of the future building will be 869 m², 325 m² of which will be occupied by commercial premise on the ground floor and basement.
The first to fourth floors will accomodate eight two-bedroom apartments ranging from 66 to 70 m².
At the moment the property is a three-story piblic house with residential areas.
