The hotel room capacity upon the project: 175 rooms. The enclosure pattern of building does not allow to make the hotel rooms small in size, so the price per room for the operator will be high.
The hotel will be provided with a bar for 60 people, a restaurant with 106 seats, two conderence rooms and two ballroom halls.
The historical building consists of 2 underground floors and 7 above ground floors.
The building was built in 1916 in the style of Neobaroque.
Automobile accessibility is limited by the city centre location. In the distance of 300 m you will reach the city expressway which is the traffice artery of the inner city.
Additional exceptional characteristic (by the view of the location in the heart of the historical centre of Prague) of the building is comfortable parking on own parking plot with a capacity of the 25 places, which is located just before the building in the middle of Senovazne square.
