Cyprus and Greece ranked the best locations in the world to buy a vacation home

The recent study by Compare the Market shows that Cyprus and Greece are the most profitable destinations in Europe for buyers interested in the acquisition of a holiday home.

The company has analyzed locations in countries around the world based on specific factors such as affordability, restaurant, entertainment, cost of living, local weather, and crime level. This is reported by SchengenVisaInfo.

The study shows that three out of ten locations were in Cyprus and Greece that are considered the best places in the world to get a vacation home after Venice in Italy.

Also, Athens, along with several cities such as Kefalonia, Lefkada and the Cyclades, has been ranked one of the most expensive locations in the Greek real estate market.

Previously, international real estate company Astons rated Greece as the most favorable destination for international investors.
