Occasionally, developers introduce investment housing projects at an entry-level price, but typically the cost per sq. metre starts at 4,000 US dollars for apartments and 2,500 US dollars for villas. Properties within Laguna are generally more expensive than those outside of it, despite being part of the Laguna agglomeration.

New villages with villas are being built in the northern end of Bang Tao Beach, known as Layan Beach, at a distance of 5–6 kilometres from the sea. The cost per sq. metre in these projects starts from 1,800 US dollars. In Laguna, offers range from 2,500 to 10,000 US dollars per sq. metre.

Investment demand has increased in all segments, including affordable condos in the mass market and private villas or apartments in resort complexes with rich infrastructure.
