Idealista: 10 municipalities with most affordable property in Spain

Idealista, the real estate portal in Spain, has rated municipalities with inexpensive properties.
The rating list includes the following locations:
- Alcaudete de la Jara (Toledo)
- Belmez (Córdoba)
- Fuente Obejuna (Córdoba)
- Villafranca del Cid (Castellón)
- Puerto Serrano (Cadiz)
- Almadén (Ciudad Real)
- El Carpio de Tajo (Toledo)
- Malagon (Ciudad Real)
- Castillo de Locubin (Jaén)
- Campo de Criptana (Ciudad Real)
Therefore, the cheapest municipality in Spain to buy property is located in the province of Toledo. In the municipality of Alcaudete de la Jara the average price per square meter of housing is 284 euro.
The second and third places are municipalities in the province of Córdoba which have the price per square meter of housing of 352 euro. The rest of the top five cheapest municipalities are Villafranca del Cid (353 euro per square meter) and Puerto Serrano (365 euro per square meter).
The price per square meter for less than 400 euro is also observed in several municipalities: Almadén, El Carpio de Tajo and Malagon (370, 383 and 398 euro respectively).
The last locations in this ranking are Castillo de Locubin and Campo de Criptana, with the price of 414 euro.
