Marbella apartments. Prices for flats in Marbella

Marbella is the most prestigious resort on the Costa del Sol of Spain. Most investors want to buy apartments in Marbella in prestigious seaside quarters like Puerto Banus.

Flats for sale in Marbella are popular among foreign buyers and the local real estate market was the first to recover from the ‘08-‘09 crisis in Spain. New residential complexes are being built to satisfy high demand and prices are rising. However, it’s now possible to buy affordable accommodation with some flat prices only €200,000.

Foreign clients are buying prime real estate along the Golden Mile (Spanish Millade Oro) stretching from Marbella's coastline to Puerto Banus. Apartments here can sell for up to €15,000/sq. m.

Many wealthy celebrities own property in Puerto Banus where there are many luxury amenities. It has the most expensive real estate in Andalusia and a sea-view penthouse in a residential complex costs €5M–10M.
