Kamala Beach is located in the central part of Phuket Island, just north of the famous resort beach of Patong. Kamala is considered a place of secluded relaxation, less affected by civilisation than other tourist resorts in Phuket, which makes it popular among tourists with families. At the same time, Kamala is only 40 minutes by taxi from Phuket International Airport and has all the necessary infrastructure whithin the village itself.
Phuket has a seasonality that is clearly divided into two periods: the rainy season, which lasts from April to August, and the dry season from September to March. Throughout the year, there is a high tourist demand, which guarantees a good return of investment.
Phuket’s investment potential is considered one of the most prospective in Southeast Asia. Factors include: high profitability, low property taxes, a stable Thai currency and well-developed infrastructure.
