Tranio joins the China Real Estate Expo 2016

Tranio is proud to announce its newest media partnership with the China Real Estate Expo 2016 (SREX 2016). The exhibition is scheduled for 15–16 April 2016 in Shenzhen, China’s first Special Economic Zone.

The SREX 2016 will be held in China’s fastest developing city, a hub for the country’s rich investors. According to statistics, there were nearly 10 million millionaires in Shenzhen in 2015. By bringing foreign exhibitors closer to potential clients, this event promises to be an excellent showcase for all real estate service providers.

Targeted visitors include overseas property investors, HNWI, executives and senior managements as well as key political figures and private enterprises. Last year, the event attracted nearly 33,000 professional visitors and 200 foreign exhibitors. Organisers estimate that about 150 orders of intention were signed and transactions in the amount of $400M.
