Cyprus property market in October 2023: 26.5% more deals

In October 2023, buyers completed 1,738 property transactions, which is 26.5% more than in the same period in 2022 (1,373 transactions). Relative to September, the number of transactions increased by 9%.

The value of property transactions in Cyprus in September totalled over 349 million euro, 37% more than in October 2022. The value of transactions increased by 5% compared to September 2023.

Limassol is a leader among the coastal regions of Cyprus by the value and number of deals as it has a quarter of transactions on the island. The average value of a property transaction in Limassol in September 2023 was estimated at 262,563 euro.

In Paphos, the number of deals increased by 40% compared to last month, with property transactions totalling 90 million euro. The region ranked second as the most popular coastal destination in Cyprus, ahead of Larnaca by 65%
