Data: Deals on Dubai off-plan properties have doubled in August 2022
Analysts of international real estate broker Tranio have reviewed the property market data of August 2022 released by Dubai Land Department and summarised the records of real estate transactions in Dubai.
According to the transactions record, off-plan property deals in Dubai reached a monthly total of 5,269. The number of deals has doubled compared to the previous year and set a new high for the current year. In July 2022, 49% fewer deals were recorded.

The sales value of off-plan residential property transactions is estimated at 3.07 billion US dollars in August 2022. This is 2.3 times more compared to the same month last year. Also, the total volume of transactions increased by 44% compared to July 2022.

The average price of off-plan housing did not change significantly. It amounted to 4,720 US dollars per square metre in August 2022, that is 2.5% less compared to the same period of previous year. In August 2021, the price per square metre reached 4,842 US dollars.
