Data: Dubai off-plan property deals doubled in September 2022

International real estate broker Tranio analysed the property market data of September 2022 released by Dubai Land Department and summarised the records of real estate transactions in Dubai.

According to Dubai’s real estate registry, the number of off-plan property transactions in Dubai amounted to a total of 4,917 and decreased compared to August 2022. In August, 6.7% more transactions were registered. However, the number of deals in the off-plan property segment has doubled this year compared to September 2021.

The sales value of off-plan residential real estate transactions reached a one-year high of 3.13 billion US dollars in September 2022. This is 2.2 times more compared to the same month in 2021. Besides, the total volume of deals increased by 1.7% compared to August 2022.

In September 2021, the average price of off-plan properties per square metre amounted to 4,871 US dollars. Compared to the same period in 2022, the price increased by 10% and reached 5,376 US dollars.
