According to statistics for May 2023, Tranio experts’ previous opinions are confirmed: as Ramadan ends, demand and prices in real estate are moving up again.
In May 2023, 6,084 off-plan residential properties were registered in Dubai, which is a 90% increase compared to May 2022.
The total value of off-plan residential properties in Dubai is estimated at 4.4 billion US dollars in May 2023 — up 77% on the previous month and more than double the figure for May 2022.
The average price per square metre in new-build properties reached 5,231 US dollars. This figure is less than 5.6% compared to the same period last year: 5,542 dollars in May 2022.
