International real estate broker Tranio analysed the data on property transactions of July’22 released by Dubai Land Department. The data shows that off-plan property prices in Dubai continue to rise, while the growth of market volume has slowed down during the mid-season.

According to Dubai’s real estate registry, 3,542 transactions with off-plan residential properties were recorded in the Emirate in July 2022. The number of transactions in the off-plan housing segment has increased by 97.5%, compared to July 2021.

The volume of Dubai’s off-plan housing market in the past month is estimated at 2.13 billion US dollars, which amounts to a 132% increase year-on-year. The indicator includes the sales of off-plan apartments and villas.

The average price of off-plan housing in Dubai is rising steadily and has reached 5,196 US dollars per square metre in July 2022. A year ago, the average price of off-plan residential properties was 4,665 US dollars per square metre, that is 12% less than the current figure.
