- A bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree, provided that the university’s classification is not less than the best 100 universities in the world according to the international classification approved by the Ministry of Education;
- A copy of the residence permit.
Top graduates of international universities:
- A copy of the passport;
- A bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree from a university licensed by the Ministry of Education;
- Transcripts, provided that the GPA is not less than 3.5 degrees.
The minimum time between graduation from university and the submission of an application for a Golden Visa should not exceed two years.
