Architecture

The 12-storeyed building has a modern design: the exteriors are finished as a white-and-black plaster façades complemented by the balconies with glass railings.

The building was initially erected in 1984 and then reconstructed using new technologies with a modern entry point design, revamped hall, and staircase decorated with concrete elements.

The interior design chimes in with exterior finishes: the concept comprises modern industrial design details and partially open concrete walls. A contrast effect results from juxtaposition of rough concrete and soft warm-coloured wood textures.
