Tranio joins China’s largest property show — OPI Exhibition

Tranio is pleased to announce a new media partnership with Shanghai Formote Exhibition Service Co., Ltd, for the Overseas Property and Investment Exhibition (OPI), the largest real estate show in mainland China. Set for 05–07 March 2016 at the Shanghai International Convention Center, 90% of last year’s participants will be back this year to showcase new projects to high-end buyers and investors in China.

The show is reputed to be the “best platform for international exhibitors to check out the Chinese market and meet in person with high-net-worth buyers from China”. With more than 100,000 visitors and 500 exhibitors from around the globe featuring their real estate services and high-end properties, it is the ideal place to find new clients.

Companies offering their services come from a wide range of property-related industries: overseas real estate developers and agencies; land, farm and chateau investments; investment projects; EB–5 Projects and Regional Centers; immigration service agencies; law firms; banks and financial institutions; state and local governments, associations and Chambers of Commerce.

Chinese buyers are expected to invest as much as $180B in real estate this year, making it now or never for foreign property specialists to get their foot in the door. In 2016, China replaced the USA as the country with the most billionaires and Beijing took over from New York as the world’s “Billionaire Capital”.
