Two adjacent apartment buildings in a new residential complex.
The proposal involves the purchase of two building sections in a new residential complex. Two houses combine 29 apartments on an area of 2,431 m²:
- 18 apartments in House A with the total area of 1,459 m²;
- 11 apartments in House B wuth the total area of 972 m².
The apartment sizes range from 65 to 160 m². Houses A and B constitute a separate plot and condominium owners’ association.
Ten places in the underground parking are included in the purchase price.
The new-build construction of a high-end residential block comprises 14 houses and a green sanctuary in the inner courtyard. The housing complex combines 182 flats on an area of 14,780 m².
Construction will be completed in May 2020.
The property is located in the center of Berlin, close to the Kulturforum cluster of cultural venues (including the Philharmonic Hall and the National Gallery), Potsdamer Platz with its many shopping and entertainment options and downtown West Berlin. There is a metro station within walking distance – several underground lines and a number of bus lines provide public transport connectivity in every direction.
