There is a permission to build a student dormitory with a total area of 1,730 m² (net floor area of 1,319 m²) on a land plot of 712 m².
Land value: 4,000,000 €.
Turnkey project cost (including the purchase of land plot): 10,000,000 €.
Deal structure: Asset deal.
Notary (state registration) is 1.5 – 2%.
Acquisition tax is 6%.
Brokerage fee is 6% + VAT 19% (total 7.14%).
