The hotel (2,516 m², 27 bedrooms and 34 bathrooms) is spread over four floors, all connected by a lift.
Basement: a splendid wellness center consisting of a large swimming pool room 90 m² with Jacuzzi, a three-room Jacuzzi (sauna, Turkish bath and emotional shower), salt cave, stone chromotherapy cave a split, Kneipp path and relaxation area with loungers. The floor is completed by a large garage, cellars, warehouses, three bathrooms and technical rooms for the structure.
Ground floor: entrance, reception, offices, management, TV room, dining room, hall, kitchen with cold room, cellar, staff changing rooms, three bathrooms and seven bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (five of which with balcony).
First floor: twenty bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and balcony.
Second floor: laundry room with drying room, bathroom, closet and various attics.
The building was completed in 2000 and is in excellent structural and aesthetic condition. The interiors are modern and equipped with all the comforts of the 21st century. The rooms all have a balcony/terrace from which you can admire the Val d'Orcia in all its splendor.
The hotel has a small garden about 800 m² accessible from the wellness center and an unpaved parking lot next to the building (in conjunction with a covered parking area in the basement).
