On the second floor there is a sleeping area of 225 m², in which there are 10 cozy bedrooms with all amenities. The attic has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The basement of 170 m² is intended for use as a cellar and storage room.
Outside, a beautiful garden of 4000 m², more than 50 large palm trees, trees over 30 years old (pines, oaks, carob trees, olive trees), fountains, aperitif cave, waterfalls, parking for 150 cars, 10 bungalows of 20 m², consisting of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and private parking.
There is a caretaker's cottage, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
