Delightful boutique hotel of about 700 m² with 8 en-suite bedrooms plus a suite, has a swimming pool, restaurant, bar and large garden. The main building is on two levels with the tower on the top, on the ground floor there are reception, restaurant with a veranda area and the kitchen, the bar; in a more private area Spa and beauty center. The large private parking can accommodate up to 60 cars.
The hotel was open until the beginning of this year, it is in good maintenance conditions, during the last few years several maintenance works have been carried out to make it compliant with the new regulations in terms of safety, air conditioning, new pool engine. It needs some work to refresh it and bring it back to the splendor it deserves.
The hotel is located just outside the town of Volterra along the road that leads to Cecina and San Vincenzo, in a quiet position overlooking the valley and very close to the city of Volterra.
