This 71.8 hectare estate is located in the Chianti Classico hills, not far from San Casciano in Val di Pesa and Florence. A large manor house and various farmhouses (divided into two separate farms) are currently used as accommodation, for a total of 20 rooms. A large cellar allows you to exploit the Chianti Classico DOCG vineyard (26.8 hectares, of which 3.5 has yet to be planted) to produce about 80,000 bottles of wine per year (with a theoretical maximum of 180,000). DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS (PODERE A) The main villa (540 sqm, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms), dating back to the 15th century, has recently been renovated and is currently used as an accommodation facility. The basement of the building houses the rooms for the aging of the wines produced on the farm: here we find 104 barrels of 225 liters and 8 tonneau with a capacity of 5 hl each.
