Building A (300 square meters, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) houses the property's restaurant and some rooms for welcoming guests: — Ground floor: large restaurant with professional kitchen, guest bathroom, display and tasting room for farm products and pantry; — First floor: entrance from an external staircase and three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The paved space in front of the building can be covered with a tent/ canopy to increase the capacity of the restaurant. The estate covers an area of approximately 60.5 hectares. The wood that covers a large part of the estate (about 40.0 ha), made up of large centuries-old oaks, is crossed by paths suitable for both trekking and mountain bike lovers. The various natural springs create a humid environment that allows plants to thrive. There are also animals such as roe deer, hares and porcupines. The wood on the estate is exploited for the production of wood chips, which in turn is burned on the property as a source of energy.
