The new apart-hotel consists of 6 rooms and covered parking for 6 cars. Total area of one apartment (with balconies): 35 m². Apartment living area (without balconies): 30 m². Apartment layout: a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen, a hallway, a toilet and a shower, a terrace with panoramic views of the open sea. There is a relaxation area with a barbecue. The apart-hotel needs light cosmetic repairs, as well as the missing furniture and appliances (air conditioning).
