The project consists of a central hotel with multifunctional facilities that serve the needs of the complex. There are also 12 villas that go down the slope below and next to the hotel. The complex is designed so that the facilities are included and that the user of the resort has everything necessary as in a small town, a bowling alley, a shooting range, cinemas, various services for renting equipment for skiing, hiking, etc.
