The project was primarily designed as a golf resort because more than one million m² of land can be purchased in the surrounding area. The construction of 43,297 m² was approved. Expected construction works are planned in the amount ranging from 74 to around 100 million euros. The project consists of a central hotel with multifunctional facilities that serve the needs of the complex. There are also 12 villas that go down the slope below and next to the hotel. The complex is designed so that the facilities are included and that the user of the resort has everything necessary as in a small town, a bowling alley, a shooting range, cinemas, various services for renting equipment for skiing, hiking, etc.

The location is unique and chosen as the most suitable for the construction of a hotel resort complex of villas and apartments.
