This 2–3 bedroom apartment is set over 2.5 floors and has high ceilings and an open plan layout. It is set over the first, second and top (mezzanine) floors of a Victorian house. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has a queensize bed plus crib and one child mattress underneath. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, a big bathtub, double sink and a toilet; the second bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a toilet. The second floor has an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen and a toilet and sink. The third floor is a mezzanine level office.
THINGS TO KNOW
Minimum stay: 7 nights. Additional cleaning and babysitting services are available on request. Please note that there is no stair gate but each floor is secured by a heavy sliding door which makes the place safe for young children. All the windows are child-proof. The flat is equipped with a very good WiFi and Sonos music system. The very well equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. Car rental useful but not essential with good public transport options in the area. Note that there is no TV.
Primrose Hill is a lovely area for families and is very kid-friendly. The flat is 2 minutes’ walk from Primrose Hill village, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and lovely food stores, a weekly farmer's market and a great library for kids. It is 5 minutes’ walk from the nearest tube station (Chalk Farm on the northern line). The street is quiet with very little car traffic. There is a great local yoga centre (Triyoga) as well as local swimming pools and gyms in the area. London Heathrow airport is an hour away by car.
