Tranio is the most cited website about overseas property in Russia

According to media research company Medialogy, in first quarter of 2018, Tranio ranked third among the most cited Russian media resources in the real estate and construction industries. The first two – RIA Realty (Realty.ria.ru) and Indicators of the Real Estate Market (Irn.ru) – cover the domestic real estate market, while Tranio focuses exclusively on foreign real estate.

Medialogy, which monitors and analyses information in mass media and social media, bases its rating on the citation index (CI), which tracks references to mass media materials, relevance of citing resources, and excludes self-citation. This index is calculated on the basis of mathematical and linguistic analysis of texts from 44,500 mass media sources and 800 million social media accounts.

Compared to the first quarter of 2017, Tranio improved its ranking in the Medialogy rating from seventh to third, while the citation index of Tranio.ru doubled from 7.87 to 15.70. In 2017, Tranio’s editorial staff published about 300 articles in Russian media, and 2 million people visited Tranio website — twice more than in 2016.
