Tranio joins the Jordan International Property and Investment Expo

The Jordan International Property & Investment Expo is the country’s biggest trade fair for overseas real estate. Between 1–4 August 2016, over 15,000 visitors are expected to attend the show at the historical International Amman Event Center located in the capital. The exhibition will feature 120 international exhibitors including realtors, developers, brokers, financial and banking institutions, local government agencies, legal experts and more, with booths spread over 10,000 sq m of floor space. For exhibitors, it is a great way to develop contacts with wealthy Arab and gulf buyers and investors who have been personally invited to this event.

For the 10^th year running, the expo is open to the public and admission is free. The four-day event will host 240 projects from around 20 countries including the USA, Canada, Azerbaijan, UK, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Portugal, Italy, Cyprus, Greece, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Malta and Hungary. Properties and services on offer will provide a vast array of opportunities for buyers to find holiday destinations, both exotic and familiar, as well as different types of residential and commercial property for all budgets, especially luxury.

The trade fair will take place in Amman, the powerhouse of Jordan. It is estimated that 80% of local wealth is concentrated in the city. For Jordanians, business is booming and the wealthy are amassing fortunes. It is therefore no surprise that overseas travel is particularly popular and that many affluent Arabs are now looking for luxurious residences around the world and throughout the year.
