Tranio.com brokers 500th overseas property transaction

International real estate broker Tranio.com has now helped 500 clients find their own property abroad with the most recent sale of a flat in the historical centre of Barcelona to an Austrian citizen. This transaction marks a new milestone for this start-up company founded in 2012.

The flat with a total area of 113 sq m is located in the Gothic Quarter, home to many landmarks and shops within walking distance of the seafront. The property, which is not the buyer’s first purchase in Spain, will be used as a long-term rental accommodation, ensuring regular revenue, high demand and excellent capitalisation. Barcelona is a solid choice according to Maria Kamysheva, Tranio Sales Manager for Spain: “the market is very active now and demand is high. Moreover, this city is resilient: prices were the least affected by Spain’s massive property crisis that hit in 2009."
