30 September – 2 October: All-Russian Housing Congress

The All-Russian Housing Congress is a major B2B real estate gathering drawing political and business leaders from Russian regions, CIS and abroad. The event is high profile encompassing Russia’s main real estate issues. The Congress provides an excellent platform for networking via conferences, panel discussions, workshops, business training and business tours.

George Kachmazov, managing partner of Tranio, will speak on 2015–2016 prospects for foreign real estate markets.

3 – 4 October: Housing Project Exhibition and Seminar

Housing Project has an interesting and busy agenda with over 100 events scheduled: seminars and presentations on city, suburban and foreign real estate. There will also be consultation hubs to answer any questions on buying real estate. Speakers will share insight into effective discounts and campaigns as well as new real estate opportunities.

The foreign real estate seminars will focus on investments into German real estate and affordable housing markets in Western Europe.

The event is organised by the Saint Petersburg Housing Committee and the group of companies Real Estate Bulletin.

5 – 7 October: Expo Real

Messegelände, Munich, Germany

Expo Real is a global real estate exhibition held over 63,000 sq m in the New Munich Trade Fair Centre. It is an annual forum for global leaders in real estate, architecture and construction as well as a showcase for recent sector trends and advances.

George Kachmazov, managing partner of Tranio, will speak on Russian investments into European real estate.

9 – 10 October: Moscow Property Investment Show

The Moscow Property Investment Show is held twice a year in March and October. It is a platform for real estate market news abroad, industry prospects and investment opportunities.

The Tranio seminar will focus on the specifics of investments into European real estate. George Kachmazov, managing partner of Tranio, will answer all your questions on where and how best to buy real estate.

13 – 14 October: Private Investor: Russia and CIS Conference (Adam Smith)

Chelsea Harbour, Chelsea Harbour Hotel (part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts), London, UK

The conference focuses on investing and structuring the wealth of Russia and CIS citizens. In addition to financial and material investments, one of the key topics this year is business investments.

George Kachmazov will share the findings of Tranio’s report on Russian Investment in Overseas Property, preferred real estate destinations for Russians and motivations. The study is based on a survey of over 400 real estate agents from 39 countries.

The conference is organised by the Adam Smith Institute.

22 – 24 October: Real Estate Fair

The Real Estate Fair is a platform presenting residential, commercial, city and suburban real estate, mortgage programmes and services to purchase and maintain a property (banking, insurance, legal and advisory services).

It will be held in parallel with the Siberian Entrepreneurs Forum gathering various funds, associations, banks, credit unions, federal and regional governments, public and municipal clients.

The fair is organised by the Kranoyarsk Fair exhibition company, Tranio is an information partner of the event.

23 – 25 October: Domexpo

Domexpo is a comprehensive exhibition of Russian and foreign real estate providing information on investments into property in Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Italy, Turkey and elsewhere.

On October 24th, George Kachmazov will moderate a panel discussion on foreign real estate with speakers from various countries.

The event is organised by the Russian exhibition company Expodesign with the support of the Moscow City Urban Policy and Development Complex, Russian Guild of Realtors, Moscow Association of Realtors, Moscow Association of Investors and the National Association of Developers.

30 October – 1 November: Real Estate Fair

Peterburgskoye shosse, 64/1, Expoforum, Saint Petersburg, Russia

The Real Estate Fair will be held at the new venue Congress and Exhibition Centre Expoforum this autumn. Over 15 years, the fair has become a highlight of real estate life in Saint Petersburg and is now the brand used by twenty regional exhibitions.

The foreign real estate seminar with George Kachmazov is scheduled on October 31st. George will speak on how to achieve steady returns from foreign real estate investments and effective real estate divestments.

13 – 14 November: Moscow International Property Show

The Moscow International Property Show is the first Russia-based international exhibition on foreign real estate. The event has been held biannually in April and November since 2003 and was the first of its kind in Russia. The show is expected to bring together 8,000 potential buyers and investors as well as over 200 professional participants offering property, advice and services.
