Tranio Partnership Program: performance during the first half of 2015
During the first six months of 2015, Tranio and its partners closed more than 140 sales and around 30 lease agreements in 20 different countries. Our clients have not been deterred by the weakening ruble and deteriorating political environment and, while some potential buyers adopted
Highlights of the Tranio Partnership Program during the first half of 2015:
- over 140 foreign sales and around 30 foreign lease agreements;
- Spain still driving sales; growing interest in Austria, Hungary and Germany;
- 2 new foreign offices open, both on the Costa Blanca.
Spain is still the leader in sales, accounting for 33% of all Tranio’s client transactions, followed by Germany (11%) and Hungary (10%).

The share of clients buying real estate in Spain hasn’t changed since 2014, reliably attracting foreign buyers with its mild climate and affordable prices.
Germany, however, has tripled its share of sales from 4% in 2014 to 11% in the first half of 2015. More and more clients choose this country because of its strong economy and stable and transparent real estate market. The crisis in Russia has in fact generated more interest in Germany: between January and June, Tranio closed some of its biggest transactions in both residential (€4.5M flat in Berlin) and commercial (€3M supermarket) property.
Hungary has also been gaining interest and Tranio transactions there grew from 7% in 2014 to 10% so far in 2015. Our experts say that demand for real estate in Hungary is driven by low property prices (compared to Western Europe) and its convenient location, only two and a half hours from Moscow by plane.
In 2015 Tranio closed its first sales in Austria, which secured fourth position in the popularity index with 7% of sales. Austria seems a good bet thanks to its reliable market, economic and political stability and high living standards.
Our success is our partners’ success
Tranio cooperates with more than 500 agencies and developers around the world. Our first foreign office opened in Barcelona last autumn. In early 2015 we opened two offices on the Costa Blanca after two Spanish agencies, CostaBlanca Info Company in Alicante and Terrasun in Torrevieja merged, becoming Terrasun CostaBlanca Grupo Inmobiliario, and started operating under the Tranio brand.
During the first half of 2015, Terrasun CostaBlanca Grupo Inmobiliario closed more deals than any other Tranio partner after finalizing 21 sales.

We’ve studied the work of our most successful partnerships and here are the reasons why so many deals are closed:
High-qualityadvertisements on Tranio: listings with good photos and good descriptions get more requests. For more information on how to do this, check out our rules and recommendations for listings.
- Skype conference calls: regular calls and a proactive approach to client management are powerful tools that gain client trust and encourage positive outcomes.
- Rapid response time to clients and Tranio managers: clients prefer real estate brokers that put their needs first and react rapidly via email or telephone to their questions and requests.

Key performance indicators
Tranio launched its partnership program in 2012 to promote cooperation on real estate for sales and rentals with the best foreign agencies and developers. Here are the key performance indicators of the Tranio Partnership Program since its beginning:
- over 450 sales closed between Tranio partners and clients;
- 130,000 sale and rental listings in 74 countries on Tranio.com online right now.
In 2014, Tranio and its foreign partners closed over 200 sales. We expect to achieve even more in 2015 by furthering cooperation with international agencies and expanding the English version of our website.
Our aim to take Tranio to an international level has already progressed: we are being approached by potential buyers not only from Russia and other CIS countries, but also from Western Europe, Asia and North America.
