Tranio.Ru partnership program: year-to-date sales double

We launched our partnership program in 2013 on a mission to enhance cooperation with well-established real estate agencies abroad, and we have significantly expanded our partner pool delivering impressive sales over the past two years.

200 transactions and over 500 partners

Tranio.Ru, a web-based overseas property hub, closed about 200 transactions in 17 countries in 2014 — double 2013 sales! The top three nations for purchases were Spain, Montenegro and Latvia.

Spain proved to be the most sought-after location in 2014, where there was a fourfold rise in sales. Montenegro came in second and Latvia was third, both showing solid sales growth. Our 2014 clients tapped into markets in Greece, Israel and Cyprus, which had stayed out of reach throughout 2013. The volume of deals with the property for sale in Italy, Turkey, France and the Czech Republic also picked up significantly.

A property in Spain, which sold for €2.2 million, was the most expensive transaction in 2014 and the cheapest sold for a 'bargain' €7 thousand in Georgia.

In 2014, 304 companies joined our partnership programme and we are pleased to open 2015 with the strong support of over 500 real estate agencies in 79 countries.

We greatly appreciate the efforts of our partners, who have closed so many transactions. Tranio.Ru cooperates most extensively with such companies as CMM (Montenegro), Mas-Spain and Costa Blanca Info Property (Spain), Prime Property Group (Cyprus), Mercury Group (Latvia) and Diamond House (Spain).

We receive about 30 new requests from potential buyers every day. The Russian version of Tranio.Ru gets around 7,000 unique visitors per day, which is a 27% growth from the previous year.

Client communication excellence as key to success

We have ended our partnership with 123 companies since launching our partnership program, primarily because there were no transactions. However, the agencies indulged in bad faith practices and their employees proved lax at client services.

The success of our partners who efficiently cooperate with Tranio.Ru is largely due to:

— Quality property listings on Tranio.Ru. The more quality listings our partners posts, the more clients we can attract. We are always glad to help you post property listings and explain how you can make them attractive and appealing.

Detailed and interest-provoking company background. The catchier and clearer the company's background is on Tranio.Ru, the likelier it is to be chosen by the client. Our editorial is designed to underpin and help make quality background statements for our partner companies.

— Personal meetings and Skype conference calls with clients. You can build trust with face-to-face talks, provide answers to questions and help prospective buyers in the decision making process. We can help arrange a meeting, draw up an agenda and facilitate effective communication.

— Prompt responses to requests by Tranio.Ru clients and managers. We closely monitor the accuracy of responses to client requests and client satisfaction with our partners.

What we plan to do in 2015:

— Improve partner performance. We will continue to foster Trainio.Ru principles and demand better results from our partnership program.

— Review the Partners section on the website. We plan to improve page snippets for partners and add new ones.

— Enhance our partnership capabilities by attracting new companies.

— Extensively promote the English version of Tranio.Com.
