The plot is located on the first line from the sea with a small beach and in one minute walk from the restaurant and supermarket.
The old center of Korcula is a beautifully preserved example of a medieval Dalmatian city with narrow streets and ancient buildings. The main attractions are the central city cathedral of St. Mark (built in 1301, rebuilt until 1806), which combines elements of Gothic and Renaissance, and the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin — the Serbian Orthodox Church.
