Building: It was built in 1604 originally as a watchtower to counter the smuggling of salt between the Grand Duchy of Tuscany and the part of the Papal States in Perugia. The tower is original and has a very particular terracotta battlements. The property, placed in a sunny position, just 1 km from the lake, it is perfectly restored reusing the original stones and is on three levels for about 200 square meters.
