The historic building is currently used as a hotel, but can be purchased for personal living. In 2005, a complete restoration was carried out.
The villa includes eight bedrooms with bathrooms, two apartments, a banquet room, a lounge area, a massage room, a fitness room, a restaurant for 45 people, a kitchen, a shop.
