The ancient complex was originally a monastery with several houses. The complex includes a four-star hotel, a restaurant of 690 m² for 80 people, a conference hall for 50 people, a spa center, a wine cellar of 960 m², a stable of 380 m² and a huge plot of 180 hectares with vineyards (13 hectares), a forest (100 hectares), arable lands and olive groves (3000 trees). The property has been completely restored.
The 1250 m² hotel includes 25 furnished rooms (65 beds).
The house for agrotourists consists of 12 rooms.
