The luxury estate consists of several buildings with private well-kept agricultural land and an original architectural plan.
It consists of two main zones and corresponding buildings. The first zone is a family villa, built in the 1920s, of considerable size and historical character, with a closed courtyard typical of Lombard farms. Several other buildings were used for agricultural.
The second zone consists of a courtyard with adjoining living quarters, built in the 30s in a typical rural style for that time.
This settlement, which has a purely agricultural character, is well suited for agro-zootechnical activities. The project for the reconstruction of the estate, approved by the municipality, is ready. It envisages the transformation of agricultural buildings into residential premises and the construction on the north-eastern side of the farm of sports facilities with a 25-meter pool, tennis courts, changing rooms, a club and a parking.
