The farmhouse 660 m² stretches over two floors and houses, in addition to a common room with toilet and warehouses on the ground floor, as many as seven residential units used to welcome guests. Upstairs, accessible from the loggia leading to the apartments, there is a large panoramic terrace 95 m². The building dates back to the early eighteenth century and has been completely renovated to be used as an accommodation business. The structure is made of stone and brick, in the typical Tuscan way, and maintains all the traditional features of rustic buildings, such as terracotta tiles, wooden beams and stone fireplaces. The estate extends over a total of about 190 hectares on the hills of the Grosseto Maremma. Most of the property is covered by wood almost exclusively for cutting (about 124 ha which could guarantee a good source of income). The remaining usable area houses a small vineyard (about 2 ha of Montecucco DOC planted in 2005) arable land (about 52 ha mostly merged), a part of which is suitable for planting new vines (about 10 ha). The roads and paths that run through the property allow you to easily reach all points of the property. The vineyard is equipped with a drip irrigation system to make up for any lack of water that requires emergency irrigation for the survival of the vines. A short distance from the buildings, but in a private and quiet location, is the 12×6 m swimming pool of the farmhouse. The pool is in good condition but the pool systems need to be replaced and modernized.
