Being rebuilt from scratch, this house gives the privilege of living inside an old, traditional shell with all modern comforts: as a matter of facts, the house was rebuilt over 30 poles, thus making it super solid, especially against earthquakes. The other great advantage is that, despite being immersed in the gentle and immaculate Marche countryside, in just 10 minutes you can reach Jesi, which is one of the largest towns in the province of Ancona, where you can find all kinds of services, as well as delicious restaurants. Jesi is popular for being the birthplace of Frederick II of Swabia, with a strong cultural connotation (there are many museums and events in town) and for its strategic position halfway between the sea and the mountains.
