The property includes a guest house of 150 m², garages. The recently built cantina is about 800 m² in need of finishing work. There is a panoramic terrace for outdoor tastings, a room for 22 wine barrels and a grape processing area, there is a beautiful pool of 100 m² with a heated Jacuzzi.

A 10 kW photovoltaic system is installed on the roof, there are also two panels for hot water; the heating system uses two types of fuel — diesel supplied from an underground reservoir, or biomass. All frames and doors are made of wood, double thermal glazing, iron shutters with anti-intrusion system, all external entrances are armored, video intercom and surveillance cameras; both buildings have independent internet connection via satellite. There is an artesian well rich in water with two storage tanks, as well as a rainwater collection tank.
