Unique estate with a swimming pool and an olive grove, Todi, Italy

A unique estate of the 11th-12th century, on the site of which a monastery was located in the 16th century, and in the last century it was the residence of an American actress, then a writer, and even later — the home of the famous artist Piero Dorazio.

The non-functioning Church of St. Angelo: an imposing building with a bell tower, which was used as a studio-study of Dorazio with high ceilings with the remains of frescoes and decorative arches. There is also a wine cellar and several outbuildings, caretaker's house 200 m².

The swimming pool is a unique work of art designed by Dorazio in 1990, with multicolored Bisazza mosaics. Natural spring discovered in the 17th century.

A cypress alley leads to the property. The land is 5 hectares, with 300 olive trees, a truffle meadow and a forest.

The property was restored in the 70s, keeping all the original features: frescoes, arches, loggias, secret gardens. Some of the buildings are residential, but most are in need of major restoration.
