The house is divided into 4 apartments, each one independent and with its own separate entrance. There are 2 apartment on each floor, connected by the beautiful external staircase. In a simple way you might join the apartments creating a larger unit per floor. The house is very bright and has fantastic views of the surrounding rolling hills and Monte Amiata, with enchanting sunsets.
The exteriors are characterized by a large garden floor of 8000 m² where there are the stone outbuilding and the very panoramic swimming pool. All in absolute quiet, but at only 5 minutes from all the services.
On the ground floor there is a flat which is composed by living room with fireplace, dining room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with exit on a spacious porch. The other apartment is divided into living/dining room with kitchen area and fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom.
On the upper level the 2 apartments are divided in the same way and each one is composed by large living room with kitchenette and fireplace, bedroom with bathroom with an intermediate floor with attic with a window, single room and bathroom.
